From Dorchester town centre roundabout head towards Sherborne. At loders garage on the edge of town turn right sign posted "Sherborne alternative route for light vehicles" follow this road over bridges and past the Sun Inn public house then a further 8 miles. Past Giants Head Caravan Park a further mile down Revels Hill and we are at the foot on the right hand side.

From A30 at Sherborne get on the A352 towards Dorchester. Follow this road through Long Burton, Holnest and then Middlemarsh. In Middlemarsh the road forks take the left fork sign posted "Dorchester alternative route for light vehicles." Take this fork Past wood mills and we are one mile further on the left hand side.
